**Machine Operator**

Continued growth has created a need for **Machine Operators**.

**Operators**- are responsible for line pre-operational checks and documentation, checking throughout the run that ingredients are running properly to ensure consistent product and good manufacturing processes are being undertaken. Each operation in the plant has specific concerns. In some cases, the operator places hold stickers on finished pallets for positive release purposes. The operators also have the responsibility to shut down any line if there are safety or food safety risks evident and to report this immediately to the Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Dependable, good attendance, punctual
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Accountable for quality of work
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Physical requirements include bending, lifting and mobility.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures.

G.E. Barbour Inc. offers a Group health plan covering LTD, Life insurance, health and dental. Premiums are cost-shared between Barbours and employees. As well as a company-matched GRSP.
