**What You’ll Do**:

- **Production Support**- Rotate through various areas of the sawmill to assist in production processes, including material handling, sorting, and supporting machine operators.
- **Material Handling and Maintenance**- Lift, pull, and pile materials to maintain continuous production flow and ensure accessibility for production teams.
- **Safety Adherence**- Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- **Quality Assurance**- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and report discrepancies.
- **Team Collaboration**- Work closely with your team and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain smooth operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **No prior experience required**- This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the forestry industry.
- **High School Diploma or GED**- Basic educational requirements to get you started.
- **Physical Fitness**- Ability to lift, pull, and pile materials in a physically demanding environment.
