**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive pre-screening to ensure alignment with our requirements.
- Validate the credibility and suitability of applicants.
- Identify and curate resumes that align with the job description and National Occupation Classification (NOC) criteria.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure accurate documentation within our systems.
- Foster strong relationships by closely collaborating with the recruitment team and delivering regular updates.
- Construct a talent pipeline for future recruitment necessities.
- Analyze and systematize data, guaranteeing efficient office filing and data retrieval.
- Produce reports to monitor workflow adherence.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in recruitment, with a preferable focus on fast food industry hiring.
- Proficiency in employing sourcing tools, encompassing social networks, job boards, and proactive research methods.
- Familiarity with global talent programs and pathways, such as LMIA and LMIA-exempt, is advantageous.
- Strong dedication to fostering diversity within the workforce.
- Possessing a significant social media presence is deemed an asset.
- **Proficiency in English and fluency in French is mandatory.**
