**Job Duties**
- Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- Conduct interviews to determine best fit for positions
- Develop and design employee branding postings for our social media and communication channels
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business partners, and stakeholders
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper-based employee files
- Maintain and update manual and computerized HRIS and Recruitment Tracking systems
- Compile and analyze HR data/analytics to identify trends, patterns, and best practices
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a high volume environment
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- CHRP designation or in process an asset
- Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, friendly mindset and ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong judgement, discretion and attention to confidentiality
- Aptitude to learn new software programs
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- An artistic eye and creative mindset will be considered an asset
- G Class Drivers’ Licence

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
