**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Ensure our team effectively communicates our services and the quality of our talent database to Canadian employers.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new International Recruiters.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
- Develop processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent placement.
- Implement methods for unannounced observation of recruiter interviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and provide real-time feedback.
- Regularly evaluate recruiter performance and conduct performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate weekly recruitment meetings, driving discussions on recruiter targets, celebrating achievements, and pinpointing areas for growth to foster continuous learning and development opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in recruitment, especially in managing recruitment teams.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
- Knowledgeable about Canadian employment standards and immigration laws pertaining to foreign workers.
- Experience in training and development, with the ability to deliver effective training programs.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition and 1-2 years in a leadership role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
