**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales Team in developing and maintaining their customer accounts. Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Tracking and printing concession payments
- Provides reports to the Sales Department and Management on statistical information.
- Coordinates and prepares delivery and damage claims for new trucks received.
- Creates purchase orders and matches to invoices when received.
- Assigns stock numbers.
- Tracks new and used stock and verifies locations.
- Performs periodic internal inventory count.
- Conduct final audit of files prior to the Sales Manager to ensure all documentation is in place including invoices, lien checks, concession requests, sales agreements, etc.
- Updates websites as required.
- Picking up and delivering units as required.
- Keeping unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
- Administration of sales files.
- Data base administration.
- Other duties as assigned.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- High School Diploma or GED.
- CDK knowledge is considered an asset.
- Completion of a post-secondary program preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and related experience).
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in equipment dealership operations
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
- Self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
