Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales-related documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- **Order Processing and Management**:

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the system.
- Monitor order status and follow up on any delays or issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to arrange shipment and delivery of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including order details, pricing, and payment information.
- **Sales Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for review by management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data analysis to support decision-making.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (Pipedrive), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and account information in the CRM database.
- Generate and distribute sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Assist in the implementation and utilization of CRM tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in streamlining sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient coordination and support. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the sales team's success and the organization's overall growth.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
