**Sales Coordinator - Job Information**:
**What you’ll do**
- Work as a team member to support the sales efforts of multiple sales executives
- Be proficient in various software programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, as well as daily usage of customized software programs used to book and execute campaigns
- Correspond with sales reps and/or clients daily, to ensure campaign delivery
- Generate contracts for client signature and process contracts internally once signed by the client
- Prepare contract revisions and distribute accordingly
- Monitor currently running campaign and prepare for upcoming campaigns
- Prepare shipping instructions and recommended quantities for all campaigns
- Prepare production work orders for all campaigns that will be printed via Pattison Outdoor
- Prepare posting/traffic instructions for all campaigns
- Liaise with multiple internal departments including Charting, Production, and Operations
- Act as backup for other sales coordinators
- Additional administrative duties, as required

- Sales support and/or administrative experience is an asset
- Service and solution oriented
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner and able to embrace change
- Comfortable with technology
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Trained on Microsoft Office products
