We are looking for a **Marketing Manager** to lead this effort, elevating our marketing strategies and positioning Wesgar as a leader in the industry.

**Role Overview**
As the **Marketing Manager**, you will own and execute the marketing strategy, driving brand growth and sales alignment in the manufacturing sector. You’ll lead our marketing team, which includes an internal marketing generalist and external contractors, and ensure our initiatives contribute to measurable business outcomes like increased lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with sales targets and long-term goals.
- Lead brand development efforts to create a consistent, impactful presence in the market.
- Design and execute campaigns focused on customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives and optimize lead generation.
- Manage and mentor the internal marketing generalist to maximize team productivity and growth.
- Oversee external contractors (copywriters, designers, PR agencies), ensuring resource efficiency and quality deliverables.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, reporting key metrics like ROI, lead conversion rates, and engagement.
- Guide content creation for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Plan and manage trade shows and industry events to enhance market visibility and establish partnerships.

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in B2B manufacturing.
- Proven track record in branding, lead generation, and supporting sales through marketing.
- Hands-on experience with North American markets and understanding of industrial sector dynamics.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to scale marketing functions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (CRM, analytics, SEO, marketing automation).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in managing outsourced contractors and ensuring successful collaboration.
- Sales-marketing alignment expertise, supporting sales teams with impactful tools and materials.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
