We are seeking a **Sales and Marketing Coordinator** to join our energetic team. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with experience in online sales, social media marketing, and sales support who is eager to make an impact in a dynamic, growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Coordination**:

- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, looking up RFQ/RFP opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Assist in maintaining and growing relationships with key customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Update and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely information is recorded.

**Online Sales Support**:

- Help manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and drive online sales.
- Coordinate product listings, updates, and promotions on the website.

**Social Media and Marketing Activities**:

- Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
- Monitor marketing analytics and provide reports on campaign performance and ROI.

**Administrative and Market Research Support**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and customer outreach initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a sales or marketing coordination role, preferably in a safety, industrial, or e-commerce setting.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
