Be our next **Facilities Administrator**

In this role, you will join the Brampton office reporting to the Director of Facilities assigns in servicing Central, Eastern and Western Canada. This Administrator will help with the management of offsite file retention, assist with tracking all our assets in our facilities & labs in the CMMS, ensure that vendors are maintaining contracts that are in place, assist with RFP preparations and any other tasks.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Assist with maintaining the current vendor contact list for all maintenance contractors at each of our office locations. This would include tracking of the account number, service location, rep contact name and any information related to contracted pricing.
- Keep/maintain updated records in security software, CMMS and other software as required.
- Review invoicing on an ongoing basis to ensure billing received matches contracts in place.
- Liaise between vendors, internal stakeholders, and the accounting department to ensure invoices funnelled through the department are approved, and processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of our current RFP process when looking to update vendors for building maintenance, and acquire pricing for projects as directed by the Facilities Manager or Facilities Director.
- Provide any administrative support to any other member of the Facilities team as required, and any future projects as assigned.

**What your experience looks like**
- Minimum 2-3 years prior experience in an administrative role.
- Must have excellent command of the English language, including verbal and written communication.
- Organized, attention to detail, the drive to produce results and the ability to multi-task as required.
- Skillful in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Publisher.
- Positive attitude and team player
