**Receptionist/Secretary (Part-Time to Start) - Join Our Growing Team**

AvaPharma is a Canadian **Compounding Pharmaceutical Facility** specializing in innovative, customized medications. We provide **high-quality compounded medications** to pharmacies (central-fill) and directly to patients. Our **state-of-the-art facility** meets strict regulatory and environmental standards for **non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous preparations**, with plans to expand into **sterile preparations** in the future.

We are growing and looking for a **reliable, organized, and personable** Receptionist/Secretary to join our team **part-time**, with potential for more hours as the business expands.

**Your Role**

As the first point of contact, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations and provide **exceptional service** to patients, doctors, and team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Schedule and confirm deliveries.
- Process payments and maintain patient records **while ensuring confidentiality**.
- Assist with **filing, data entry, scanning, and administrative tasks**.
- Support **delivery preparation and communication** with doctors, patients, and team members.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Provide **a welcoming and professional experience** for all visitors.
