Branch Administrator and Facilities Coordinator

Toromont Power Systems is looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact with our valued customers and visitors as well as provides support for the sales and management teams in the Branch.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- Branch Administration. i.e. Answer phones, book boardrooms, maintain common areas. Greet guests. Arrange lunches for meetings. Order office supplies. Maintain both coffee bars. Send, receive and destitute incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate with contractors for building maintenance, repairs. Provide PO’s and follow up with invoicing with contractors. Make sure contracts are up to date for facility services i.e. Cleaners, landscaper, Snow Removal. Maintain all office printers
- Set up training for both technical and office requirements. Set up lunches and other requirements for training
- Register new engine sales and extended warranty coverage for Sales, Project and PKI teams
- Maintain and control the departments purchasing system by tracking all purchase orders and associated invoices, allocating invoices, entering invoices for payment, and filing of purchase orders and invoices
