We’re committed to ways we can do things differently from how they’ve been done and to empowering team members to influence our new directions. This point of view is reflected in our unique approach to recruitment: we’re going to confirm you have the skills we need but expect us to ask how you’re feeling along the way.
We want our team and new hires to sense _there’s something special happening here_, and to feel _I’m a part of it_. We believe actions are the measure of intent.
