**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Marketing & Resident Experience Coordinator** to join our growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing Devon’s marketing strategy across digital platforms, leasing promotions, and resident engagement initiatives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who is highly organized, creative, and passionate about elevating the Devon brand and enhancing the resident experience.

**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Create and distribute monthly newsletters to both internal and external audiences
- Prepare detailed marketing reports by collecting and analyzing leasing and performance data
- Manage online listings across marketing and advertising channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (leasing, rentals, property management) to align marketing efforts
- Develop and manage promotional campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Plan and execute resident engagement events and initiatives
- Maintain and audit Devon’s marketing platforms for accuracy and consistency
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all properties
- Coordinate signage updates in partnership with the Marketing Specialist
- Conduct tenant surveys and compile resident engagement reports
- Design marketing collateral and provide creative support as needed
- Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist on ad hoc projects

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working across digital platforms and learning new software
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
- Must be based in Victoria, BC with access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $55,000 per year
