Job Posting:
**Overview**

Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in order to attract key management talent. Manage full lifecycle recruiting building strong networks to developing innovative and creative methods and techniques to source talent and promote the CROSSMARK brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with all levels of management, including the executive level, to identify staffing needs and to develop recruiting strategies to attract quality talent.
- Provide appropriate feedback throughout the interview and selection process to advice and influence hiring managers, ensuring an overall effective hire.
- Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Manage applicant tracking system ensuring system is regularly updated including applicant status throughout the process, phone screen synopsis, and documentation of all feedback from hiring managers.
- Produce regular status reports for hiring managers.
- Identify and recommend solutions to address challenges and/or opportunities and to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
- Advise hiring managers of approval process and standard/ nonstandard offer details.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None.

Supervisory Responsibility: None.

Working Conditions: Office Environment.

Language Skills: English is the primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
