Scope

The Coordinator is responsible for adhering and documenting all Sales, Conferences and Wedding inquiries for their designated geographic region. The Coordinator will be assigned to create proposals, contracts, and estimates based on the client’s demands and their Manager’s negotiations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Checking availability for both guest rooms and function space.
- Blocking space & preparing formal contracts based on individual client’s needs.
- Consult General Manager, Conference Services and Chef for the possibility of unique requests and pricing
- Making appropriate reservations for all dining outlets that coincide with a clients booking.
- Copying & distributing all pertinent data to appropriate departments concerning a booking’s activities.
- Scheduling and conducting site inspections
- Preparing weekly/monthly Sales reports (various).
- Maintaining Sales collateral & Create/update Power Point presentation(s) for Sales/Conferences.
- Attend weekly Sales/Conferences meeting, communication’s meeting and monthly Health & Safety meeting.
- Assist (when required) to Sales Administration & Director of Sales.

Physical Demands
- Lifting 10-15lbs
- Occasional lifting and/or carrying
- Primarily sitting with occasional walking/standing

Knowledge
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Post Secondary in Business an asset

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Time-management skills
- Ability to manage and work under pressure
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Delphi and Opera Software
