**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Administrative Duties to support office team
- Assist with group inquiries and help secure quotes.
- Complete a weekly brochure run and bi-weekly hotel visits.
- Send out customer surveys, compile responses, and analyze data.
- Provide assistance in the Banff Adventures store during busy periods or special events.
- Assist with bike replacements and rescue operations with company vehicle for Bike tours
- Assist with ordering supplies and managing concession needs.
- Research projects as needed

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in administration, operations, or customer service is an asset.
- Proficient in using various office software (Excel) and systems.
- Knowledge of tour operations is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
