**Crafted Highlights**:
In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner-8-month contract working in Montreal, QC, you will be part of the Culture and Engagement team.

You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles in our breweries. You’ll need a client service mindset and operate as a value added business partner in a highly collaborative team environment.

This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and works closely with their assigned client group, HR Business Partners, and is a key strategic member of the business.

**What You’ll Be Brewing**:

- Achieve an effective and consistent talent acquisition process
- Create and maintain talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of top tier talent to the organization
- Include diversity through pipeline, sourcing, and relationship management

**Key Ingredients**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of progressive experience in recruitment is preferred
- You are a confident and competent recruiter. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- You value and embrace change.
- You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
