Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a permanent, full-time position.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, particularly in the various aspects of recruiting for unionized and salaried positions, onboarding and integration of employees, and in the implementation of various talent acquisition projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Review and translate job descriptions according to established standards.
- Post job descriptions on Groupe Marcelle's internal and external career pages as well as on other job sites, as needed.
- Participate in needs assessments with the hiring manager and the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
- Participate in the recruitment of unionized positions and non-unionized entry-level positions.
- Conduct telephone interviews.
- Participate in interviews with managers, as needed.
- Coordinate and plan the different steps of the selection process.
- Follow-up on the integration of a new employee (provide contact information to the manager, prepare the welcome gift bag, ensure that all pre-employment forms are completed, etc.).
- Maintain the Dayforce HRIS for the recruitment and onboarding modules.
- Participate in career fairs.
- Participate in various projects related to talent acquisition.
- Perform all other related administrative tasks as required.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- University degree in human resources or other related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with an HRIS, Dayforce or an ATS (an asset).

AND IF YOU ARE
- Bilingual, fluent in French and English (oral and written), as the person will be working with different collaborators across Canada.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service oriented (internal and external).
- Detail oriented.
- Team oriented.
- Organized and able to prioritize your time and tasks.
- Flexible and multi-task oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
