We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated team leader. The Marketing Manager at Andrew Sheret Limited assists all branch and showroom locations by increasing B2B and B2C brand awareness, develops sales and promotions, and oversees vendor partnership marketing funds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review all current wholesale, retail and internal marketing activities and their effectiveness, and introduce unique ways to grow sales and support departments.
- Create and execute an innovative and fresh-thinking marketing strategy using the complete marketing mix, building a communications calendar and developing seasonal campaigns.
- Produce and present reports to senior management on both completed and proposed marketing campaigns and concepts, with a focus to securing buy-in and company engagement.
- Report on a day-to-day basis with the Vice President of Purchasing (direct report) on general implementation and any issues arising from Marketing and Communications.
- Manage partnership marketing co-op funding, and ensure proper approvals are in place.
- Manage multiple agency relationships across advertising, design, print, online and direct marketing.

**Qualifications**
- At least three years in a marketing role (in-house or agency environment)
- Degree and/or certification in marketing, communications or other related field.
- Track record of developing and driving marketing programs for commercial return.
- Proven experience of a wide range of marketing tools including new media.
- Confident, articulate, proactive and highly self-motivated, results driven person.
- Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, and excellent attention to detail.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta for Business.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience at a senior marketing level
- Some knowledge of the construction industry and/or big box retail
- Basic knowledge of Adobe’s Creative Suite of products, including

InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
- Management experience with direct reports
- B2B marketing experience
- E-Commerce marketing experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
