Our **Marketing Assistants focus on** promoting our clients' brands by conducting engaging and informative product presentations in person, connecting with potential customers one-on-one, and providing support to our marketing and sales teams in the field.

**Duties of the Marketing Assistant**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, sales events, trade shows, and presentations for both prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to conduct market research on selling opportunities, trends, competitors, consumer behavior; develop and implement marketing strategies to facilitate smooth sales processes
- Regularly meet with current and potential customers to create meaningful brand experiences and address inquiries about products or services
- Connect new leads to our sales department for assistance with account activation
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including managing schedules, meetings, lead and campaign assignment, and any other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager

**The Marketing Assistant is someone who**:

- Passionate about working closely with people and is comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is adept at building relationships with people through meaningful conversations

**Can work full-time and commute to our Victoria, BC office daily**
