Do you want to lead local marketing initiatives that directly impact a growing home services business? **Splash of Colour Painting** is looking for a **Marketing Manager** to own and drive our marketing systems across multiple locations.

**About the Role**

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take charge of planning and executing all local marketing activities, managing field marketing reps, tracking performance, and ensuring we hit lead goals every week. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and play a key role in our continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and maintain local marketing systems across territories
- Coordinate and lead weekly marketing meetings with field reps
- Build weekly plans and territory maps to hit door-knocking KPIs
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, and training for new marketing reps
- Monitor data tracking and ensure daily reporting is submitted accurately
- Provide performance-based coaching to improve lead quality
- Work with leadership to execute seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns
- Maintain marketing inventory (flyers, uniforms, promo materials, etc.)

**You Might Be a Fit If You**:

- Have 2-4 years of marketing or team leadership experience (ideally in home services, field marketing, or door-to-door sales)
- Love building systems, processes, and team culture
- Are highly organized, data-driven, and goal-oriented
- Are confident managing people and holding them accountable
- Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

**Location**:
Comox Valley to Campbell River, BC (some in-field and remote work flexibility)

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary
- Commission per qualified lead generated

**Start Date**:
As soon as we find the right fit

Pay: From $84,000.00 per year
