**Courtenay Nissan**, part of the Steve Marshall Group, which operates New, Used and RV Dealerships throughout British Columbia and the US. A multiple award-winning company with more than 300 employees, is looking to hire a **Full Time Sales Manager**.

Our knowledgeable sales team is committed to providing a no-pressure, informative experience, helping you to make a well-informed decision without the stress typically associated with car buying.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales department

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals

Train, Mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed their sales targets

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism as well as Customer Satisfaction Scores

Monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement

Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer service

Manage New and Used inventory and coordinate with the marketing team to promote vehicles and special offers

**Requirements**:
Experience in Automotive Sales or a Similar role

Strong ability to lead and coach a sales team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and current market trends

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management software

Valid VSA license or ability to obtain one

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

**Wage**:
$100,000 to $150,000 (commission based)

**Schedule**:
Includes Saturday
