Restaurant Manager

Job Duties:
1.Overseeing and managing entire operation of the restaurant
2.Scheduling staffs
3.Interview, hire, and train new staffs
4.Assessing staff performance on a seasonal and yearly basis
5.Developing positive customer review in the community
6.Ensuring all staffs follow safety procedures and other regulations of the restaurant
7.Collecting feedback from the customer and making improvements accordingly
8.Maintaining sufficient supplies for the restaurant

Requirement:
1. At least 2 years of experience is required
2. A relevant diploma in F&B service management/ or equivalent experience is required
3. Ability to manage 5-10 employees
4.Excellent communication skill
5. Great team player
6. Willing to work on weekends

Benefit: 4% vacation pay
