**Objective of the Position**:
**Accountabilities**:

- Lead and manage a team a team of System Analysts, Business Analyst, & Team Leader; providing guidance and mentorship to ensure that the team is productive and motivated.
- Ensure that the ERP system is maintained and enhanced as per business needs.

**Required Skills & Capabilities**
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and familiarity with Scrum framework would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of system integrations - multiple systems exchange data using either RESTful APIs or flat file exchange or direct database access.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with software development with exposure to full software development life cycle, project management, and quality assurance is a plus.

**Education & Certifications Required**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
- Any certifications related to the role will be advantageous. No hard requirements.

**Working Conditions**
- Intermittent travel may be required to support the IT department, attend meetings and training sessions.
- Operate primarily in an office environment.
- Pressure to produce tangible results and complete projects within tight timelines.
- Lifting and/or carrying anywhere from 0 lbs to 20 lbs.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

Reports To: Information Technology Manager

Direct Reports: Team Lead - IT Applications Services, Salesforce System Analyst, Business Analyst
