Body In Tune The Esplanade is a thriving multi-disciplinary clinic in the East End that focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation and integrative wellness. Our team includes Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, and more. Together we deliver exceptional care, and our Administrators play a vital role in providing a seamless and positive client experience.

**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and personable **Clinic Administrator** to join our front-desk team on a part-time, **hourly basis**. This position is ideal for someone flexible and available for part-time work. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in supporting our practitioners and maintaining a calm, professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients in a warm and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s booking system
- Process payments and manage direct billing for insurance
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
- Support practitioners with client flow and general clinic operations
- Follow clinic protocols, including opening and closing procedures

**Qualifications**
- Previous administrative or reception experience, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and booking/payment software (JaneApp experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanour
- Availability on weekends, holidays, and on-call for occasional coverage is a plus

**Compensation**
- **Hourly wage**, based on experience
