**Position Summary**:
The Business Excellence Department at Trench Limited is seeking a motivated and creative Intern to support day-to day operations, contribute to special improvement initiatives, and assist with graphic design and communication needs. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in business process improvement, project coordination, and internal communications, providing valuable exposure to business excellence principles.

Your Tasks:

- Assist in organizing and documenting regular departmental operations
- Support the execution of continuous improvement and business excellence projects
- Prepare visual materials, infographics, and presentations to support internal communications
- Help with data collection, analysis, and reporting on project performance and KPIs
- Design graphics for posters, dashboards, and internal campaigns
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content for projects and initiatives
- Support training sessions, workshops, and events
- Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., Business Administration, Commerce, Design)
- Strong interest in business improvement, project management, and visual communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, PowerBI)
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
- Experience with business AI tools such as Copilot
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
