**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain documentation and support day-to-day HR functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Use tools such as BambooHR, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Dropbox to facilitate HR processes and communication.

**Expectations for Team Members**
- Interns: This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates whose bills are supported by their parents. You will be expected to work 4-10 hours per week and will be compensated with equity based on the contributions we see.
- Professionals: Please ensure you have an existing job and can dedicate a few hours weekly to contribute. Equity compensation is tied directly to your demonstrated impact on our mission.
- Communication: We operate primarily via Slack and prefer to meet team members as early as possible to foster collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and ability to manage recruitment workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as BambooHR, Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per day

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
