**AwSUM opportunity**

Our Calgary, Alberta location is seeking a **Lubrication Sales & Fulfillment Associate**to join our team, a self-motivated individual. A **perfect**_ **role for someone with technical aptitude, a flair for on-the-ground and virtual sales, and the flexibility to provide fulfillment support**_in the warehouse. We will train the right person - this is not a boring job.

- Establish and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Preventive maintenance sales: recommend and sell lubrication solutions to new and existing accounts; tailor solutions to the specific needs of customers.
- Develop product presentations, technical reports/proposals to promote sales.
- CRM: maintain accurate customer records, including product and technical information.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales on target opportunities.
- Ensure timely customer service by providing on the ground assistance to logistics in the warehouse
- a great way to get to know _**PowerSUM**_ products
- Keep abreast of AwSUM’s current social media campaigns including Google ads and SEO. Plan and co-host in-person & MS Team/ZOOM presentations, attend out-of-town events, look sharp and be sharp at AwSUM hosted events.

**And you**

**University/Technical education desirable but not essential
- technical (mechanical) or sales (business) focus**
- Customer service skills demonstrated by empathy, energy and common sense.
- Technical sales problem-solving experience (~2+ years desirable).
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (expert level desirable).
- Inventory management software experience is desirable, or you must be trainable.
- Safely support order fulfillment in the warehouse, including heavy lifting, shipping and operating forklift: high situational awareness.
- Safety compliance a must (complete required certifications)
- Past exposure to web-based programs; social media awareness is a bonus.
- Good mechanical and lubricants knowledge and a strong interest in the same.
- Professional but practically attired for the field, office & warehouse.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle for regular travel, including in winter conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $35,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
