This role is responsible for fabricating metal components used in custom HVAC and data center equipment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on fabrication experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 3:30PM - 12:00AM**Key Responsibilities**- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions- Cut, bend, roll, punch, drill, weld, and form metal stock into parts and products- Operate metalworking machinery including press brake, shear, notcher, and plasma equipment- Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment- Clean, lubricate, and perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors**Work Conditions & Physical Requirements**- Fast-paced manufacturing environment- Standing for extended periods- Repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination- Combination of lifting, standing, and walking- Ability to handle heavy loads (up to **23 kilograms**)- Overtime may be required**Equipment & Machinery Experience**- Press Brake- Shear- Notcher- Plasma Machine- Forklift- Laser or plasma table experience considered an asset**Qualifications**- Indentured **1st or 2nd year apprenticeship** preferred- Minimum **Grade 12 education**- Shop or HVAC manufacturing experience- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints- Forklift experience- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Flexibility to work overtime when required- Proven ability to complete projects efficiently and safely**What We Offer**- **Competitive Wages –** Based on experience and trade tickets- **Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision Coverage** – Premiums fully paid by ICE Western- **Paid Vacation**- **RRSP Matching Plan**- **Educational Allowance**- **Employee Assistance Program (EAP)**- **Company Events and Team Initiatives**- **Free On-Site Parking**
