This role is essential to shaping and assembling metal components for our HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with metalworking machinery, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and precision.**Work Schedule: Afternoon Shift, Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM****Key Responsibilities**- Read and interpret specifications and blueprints- Cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld, and shape metal stock into parts or products- Operate press brake, shear, notcher, plasma machine, and other metalworking equipment- Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment- Handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment- Maintain attention to detail and manual dexterity during extended periods of standing and physical activity**Qualifications**- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role- Grade 12 education or equivalent- HVAC shop experience preferred- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints- Forklift and crane experience (asset)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Mechanically inclined and physically fit- Proven ability to meet project deadlines under pressure- Flexible to work overtime**What We Offer**- Competitive Wages- Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision Coverage – premiums fully paid- Paid Vacation- RRSP Program- Long-Term Disability Program- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- Free On-Site Parking- Company Events and Team Initiatives
