Office Manager/bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/ Bookkeeper with a solid understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Your role is to provide a seamless and positive experience, ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient service for their vehicles in fast paced environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent administrative skills. Experience in a similar capacity in the automotive industry would be preferred, but not mandatory. (autobody computer program knowledge an asset Mitchell Repair Center)
- **Must be familiar with accounting package QuickBooks.**:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- **A minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a production-based environment preferred, where jobs are time based.**:
- Friendly outgoing personality who is capable of working well with customers and in team-based environment
- Setting and monitoring deadlines for job completion.
- Ensuring quality control by monitoring the final condition of repairs.
- Reporting daily on status of Key Performance Indicators.
- Ordering material required for use in the Body Shop and controlling the management and dispatching of material.
- Communicating with customers to update them on vehicle status. Deal with customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- **Must have valid driver’s license**
**Expected start date: as soon as possible**
**Job Types: Permanent Full-time**
**Salary: Wages will be based upon experience.**
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
