Coastal Sports & Wellness Inc., an esteemed multidisciplinary clinic located in Bedford & Halifax, NS, is eagerly seeking a passionate Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated **Bedford** team for a **12-month maternity leave position**. Position Details:

- **Schedule**: Our Office Administrator role offers evenings and Saturdays.
- _**Monday 7:45am-4:00pm**_
- _**Tuesday 7:45am-4:00pm**_
- _**Thursday 7:45am-4:00pm**_
- _**Friday 7:45am-4:00pm**_

= _**33 Hours**_
- **Competitive Pay Structure**:Employees are paid hourly, starting at $19, with an increase to $19.50 after 6 months. Open to negotiation.
- **Medical Benefits**: Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits.
- **Start Date**: We are looking to welcome a new team member to start in **September 2025.**

If you have the following qualifications, we'd love to hear from you:

- Diploma in Medical Office Administration would be beneficial, though not mandatory;
- Legible handwriting;
- Positive and vibrant personality;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task;
- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Office Administrator;
- Proficiency in using JANE booking software;
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication, both verbal and written;
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with patients, practitioners, other staff members, and the community.
