**Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
- Digitizing/scanning files
- Data Entry
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls and support clients.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Help to process new insurance and investment business
- Prepare files for advisor meetings
- Assist with ongoing client service (personal information change, investment changes, aiding client with questions regarding policy information etc.)
**Qualifications**
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- The ability to work both in a team setting as well as independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multiple years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Attention to detail is a must
- Discretion
- Experience with Outlook, MS Office Suite
