**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce company in the Special Occasion Dress industry, dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inventory & Customer Support Specialist.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management (Excel)**:

- Maintain and update inventory records in Excel.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and manage inventory across different sales channels.
- Work closely with fulfillment and procurement teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- **Customer Service & Support**:

- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and resolving issues.
- Process orders, handle returns/exchanges, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product recommendations and upsell where appropriate to maximize sales.
- **Website Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and resolve website issues (e.g., broken links, product listings, and image errors).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure website performance and user experience is optimized.
- **Monitor Website Performance**:

- Track website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify potential issues.
- Ensure website uptime and load times meet industry standards.
- Provide regular reports on website performance and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong proficiency in Excel, especially for inventory management.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Basic understanding of website troubleshooting (e.g., CMS systems, basic HTML knowledge).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset and a strong attention to detail.
