**Job Description**:
Are you a versatile individual with a passion for e-commerce and warehouse management? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order processing, and efficiently managing day-to-day warehouse activities.

**Responsibilities**:
E-commerce Operations:

- Manage and maintain our various e-commerce platforms to drive online sales.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor customer inquiries and provide exceptional care and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely and hassle-free deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and inventory, to streamline order handling and fulfillment processes.

Warehouse Management:

- Play an integral role in warehouse duties, including packaging, shipping, and fulfillment of orders.
- Safely handle heavy lifting and organize inventory efficiently to maintain a well-structured warehouse.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards to create a secure and pleasant working environment.
- Prepare products for shipping, ensuring accurate labeling and proper documentation for smooth logistics.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Excel and e-commerce platforms, and social media to efficiently manage online listings and sales.
- Proficiency in image editing, and content creation using Canva, Photoshop, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce operations and marketplaces, order processing, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to navigate changes in the e-commerce landscape.
- Previous experience in warehouse management or fulfillment is highly desirable.
