**Position Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **E-commerce Platform Operations Specialist** to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who has experience growing e-commerce businesses and is passionate about digital innovation in research chemical and laboratory supply industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and Walmart stores;
- List and maintain products with optimized titles, descriptions, keywords, and content to maximize visibility and conversions;
- Analyze e-commerce performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to define and implement growth strategies;
- Execute SEO, digital marketing, and customer acquisition strategies to drive traffic and increase ROI;
- Handle customer inquiries, support requests, and post-sale follow-ups to ensure a high level of satisfaction;
- Coordinate with the design, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart or other platforms;
- Solid understanding of platform-specific rules, ad systems, and listing best practices;
- Background in lab chemicals or laboratory supplies is a strong asset;
- Bilingual (Chinese & English) - strong written communication skills required for product listings and customer support;
- Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Keepa, Walmart Seller Center, etc.
