Restaurant General Manager

We are actively looking for a restaurant manager with a minimum of 2 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
**The restaurant manager will be responsible for**:
- Executing day-to-day restaurant operations both Front and Back of house
- Delivering hospitality and maximizing the guest experience
- Responding in an efficient and professional manner to customer complaints
- Constantly checking quality and plate presentation
- Scheduling and organizing the human resources and supervising labour cost
- Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity
- Ordering food, supplies for the restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Managing the restaurant’s high quality image
- Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to reduce waste
- Creating detailed reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Recommending ways to reach a local audience
- Training new and current employees on Pür & Simple standards
- Executing Pür & Simple brand standards to the highest level

Our days start early, so you need to be a morning person and be available to work weekends, but we close at 3:00pm, leaving your evenings free for time with family or friends.
