**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Contract Start Date: January 2026**
**Compensation**: Starting $45,000 - $55,000 + Annual Performance Bonus (Bonus based on student and partner satisfaction and operational performance.)

**About Us**:
International Youth Program (IYP) is a multicultural, language-focused summer English camp serving youth ages [8-17] from around the world. Our mission is to foster global friendships, develop leadership and English language skills, and provide a safe, exciting environment for young learners to grow and explore.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and oversee daily camp operations, schedules, and program delivery
- Hire, manage, train, and support a diverse staff team (counselors, activity leaders.etc.)
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive experience of all campers
- Foster a welcoming, multicultural environment and mediate camper or staff concerns
- Communicate with international parents, chaperones, partners, and agencies
- Coordinate logistics including university residence housing, meals, transportation, and excursions
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, licensing, and safety standards
- Oversee budget, purchasing, and resource management
- Lead emergency response procedures and risk management planning
- Evaluate program outcomes and recommend improvements
- Support student recruitment and enrolment

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Recreation, International Studies, or related field (preferred)
- Previous leadership experience in camps or youth programs (2-5+ years)
- Experience managing a team of 20-50 staff members
- Demonstrated ability to work with international participants and multilingual environments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-cultural communication skills
- High energy, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving abilities

**Preferred Skills**
- Multilingual abilities
- Experience with conflict resolution and behavioral management
- International travel or cross-cultural living experience
- Training or certifications in outdoor education, sports, arts, or adventure programming
