**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Pursue growth in their own faith by maintaining a personal time of study of God’s Word, prayer, and reflection.
- Lead weekly worship service for Growing Disciples youth ministry and organize Sunday programs.
- Organize and provide opportunities for Christian education, leadership, discipleship, and fellowship through programs and activities, such as retreats, seminars, outings, and events, etc.
- Develop relationships with youth and their families and provide pastoral care as needed.
- Train and support teachers and volunteers.
- Meet regularly and communicate effectively with the Education Director and pastoral team for support and accountability.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- A vision and heart for the faith formation of youth.
- Proven experience in teaching or leading youth programs within a church setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage with youth, parents, and church members.
- A deep understanding of biblical teachings and a commitment to fostering spiritual growth among young individuals.
- Submission of Vulnerable Sector police check
- Eligible to work in Canada

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20,400.00 per year
