**Job Summary**

As a part of our Human Resources team, you are responsible for providing support to staff in all aspects on the mountain. From staff housing and administration, regular communications, coordinating staff events on and off mountain, planning and execution of staff shuttle services, recognizing staff initiatives, cross training in departments to support where needed and supporting in administrative tasks. You are a front-line staff member, problem solving and providing excellent customer service to create a Fantastic Family Fun experience.

**Job Specifications**

- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time - Working between 8-10 hours/day. Weekends and Holidays

**Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of staff housing administration as it relates to policies, processes including check ins/outs, internal and external communications, room allocations and resident relations
- In collaboration with HR manage department bed allocations and floor plans for all staff housing properties.
- Work closely with Accounting and Payroll to manage and balance staff housing finance accounts as it relates to damage deposits, rents, and fines
- Create, review, and update all resident communications and documentation including staff housing, social media, and handbook
- Chair Staff Housing RA meetings and help with RA responsibilities
- Work closely with Hospitality and Maintenance departments for event and housing needs
- Bring best practices and recommendations for on-going improvements as it relates to staff accommodation operations and policies and procedures
- Weekly planning and execution on staff events on or off mountain
- Bi-weekly unit inspections coordinated with support of RAs
- Cross training into all departments to be flexible in supporting where needing on busy days
- Practice safe work procedures
- Maintain a professional and respectable appearance
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Must be able to make quick decisions/use considerable judgement regarding safety as well as multitask and anticipate issues
- Must be physically capable of assisting with staff accommodations; may lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays as needed
- Must be able to handle high guest volumes in a professional manner
- Must be willing to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of assigned area, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends
- Strong customer service and clear communication skills
- Must be adaptable, have problem solving skills, and be a team player across all departments
- Family Oriented Resort so working with large groups, families of all ages is required
- Stress Management, Patient, and have great Time Management Skills
- Cross Department Support and Snow Removal is required from all positions at SMR
