We are seeking a **Patient Care Coordinator** to join our Executive Medical Office. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational ability, and a passion for creating a positive patient experience. While previous medical office experience is an asset, it is not essential—what matters most is professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to support our patients with care and confidence.

Key Qualifications
- High level of customer service and administrative acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is an asset, but not required
- Ability to learn and navigate electronic medical records (training provided)
- Strong multitasking skills while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Role Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate appointments and ensure accurate documentation in our EMR system
- Support physicians with administrative tasks and light clinical coordination as needed
- Manage clinic correspondence including scheduling, scanning, and filing documents
- Contribute to a smooth, supportive, and efficient clinic environment

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
