**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, booking same day appointments should they become available
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Managing patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role, with strong phone skills, excellent communication and problem solving.
- Clinical background or dental experience considered an asset
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge and understanding of treatment plans and ability to educate patients is preferred
- Power Practice experience is an asset

The hours/day are as follows:
Monday 9:00-6:00pm
Tuesday 9:00-6:00pm
Wednesday 8:30-4:30pm
Thursday 8:00-5:00pm
Fridays 7:30am-4:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
