**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Patient Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer client inquires with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Process payments accurately
- Educate patients on our range of medical aesthetic treatments and skin care products
- Update and maintain accurate medical charts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn and grow

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to multitask in a busy reception environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities
- Proven sales skills are an asset
- Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic is a plus
- Knowledge of MINDBODY or similar software would be an asset

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
