**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of documents as needed.
- Support office operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support to clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, showcasing strong proofreading capabilities.
