**The Opportunity**

- Permanent Part Time 0.85 FTE
- Hours of Work:

- 0800-1645 Monday to Thursday
- Wages:

- 22.38-25.41

This resident-focused position will be similar in nature to the duties and responsibilities of a Unit Clerk. Duties may include recording and organizing resident information, scheduling resident transportation as needed, inputting resident information into Care Organizer, assisting where necessary with answering phones and finding replacement staff. Clerical duties will include: word processing, filing, photocopying and maintenance of supplies. Applicant may be required to porter residents within the facility.

**Requirements**:

- A current and clear Criminal Records Check Form and if applicable a Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
- A tuberculosis screening that has been completed no more than 12 months prior to the hire date.
