**What can you expect?**
- Enable all areas of Marsh C&C to mine actionable insights from various data sources
- An abundance of opportunities to innovate, and be creative
- Work with a monthly volume of 500 MB of data on all phases of our business, to help navigate a path to meet business objectives
- Work directly with our insurance industry experts to gain first hand understanding of current industry challenges. We are the end-to-end solution team from project management, to business analysis, to data analysis, to product delivery.
- _ What will the new colleague need to accomplish in their first 30/60/90 days to be considered a great hire?_ 30-90 day goals: Running regular reports, small data analysis projects and gaining an understanding of our primary proprietary data sources
- Reports’ instructions all documented and easy to follow, with regular team huddles to share opportunities, challenges and assistance
- Longer team goals: Propose strategies with quantitative support, on how to improve client retention, growth and operational efficiencies.

**We will count on you to**:

- Prepare timely and accurate P&C insurance call center, operations and financial performance reporting
- Prepare regular insurance operations and data quality reports
- Investigate, refer and/or complete any reporting or data inquiries
- Work with the business to explore new ways to use data and technology to drive or measure business improvement and strategic initiatives
- Maintain a high level of understanding of the business of insurance, and core aspects of insurance and related legislation

**What you need to have**:

- _ What qualifications are necessary to have for the role?_
- Post-secondary training in related field
- 2+ Year of relevant work experience in reporting and/or data analysis
- Demonstrate advanced skills in MS Excel
- Demonstrate strong skills in PowerPoint and Word

- Demonstrate programming knowledge in VBA, R, or Python
- Experience with both structured and unstructured data and databases
- Proven curiosity and receptive attitude towards continuous improvement and the iterative process
