***Reporting to the Director, Member Experience and Insights, in this role you will initiate engagement and collaboration of key stakeholders to understand the member insights and internal business intelligence to identify and execute opportunities for growth and meeting member needs. Your contribution will be to conduct and coordinate member data analysis, research and recommendations in support of Kindred member experience and insights strategies. This work supports providing a consistent member experience that embodies our brand values, ensures member loyalty and retention, and strengthens our business in alignment with our strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides data analysis, research and recommendations, and general support to Kindred’s member experience and member insight sales strategies
- Responsible for the collection, reporting and interpretation of trends and analysis
- Oversees and contributes to the continuous improvement of member feedback mechanisms

You are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate strengths collaborating on teams as well as personal initiative and accountability for independent work. You have not only strong technical and analytical skills, but also the ability to translate complex data, research and analysis into concise narratives and concepts to facilitate change. You get excited about realizing the potential of data insights to making better decisions to benefit our members.

***Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience**:

- College/University graduate in a related field
- 3-5 years of related experience, in financial services preferred
- Experience in agile methodology
- Demonstrates strong data analysis across platforms
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Oracle, Tableau, etc.
