The Business Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to elicit requirements, review, refine, and analyze existing and new processes across related product areas. In this role, the incumbent will also be responsible for collaborating with various teams (both AB internal and outsourced) to coordinate the end-to-end execution of the product and monitor the success KPIs periodically.

What you’ll be doing every day:
- Work closely with Product Managers, data scientists, and engineers to define and document technical and functional requirements for projects.- Translate complex business needs into actionable product specifications that align with team capabilities and goals. Contribute to the planning, execution, and review of each project.- Prioritize and refine requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clarity and feasibility.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, processes, and workflows, ensuring accessibility for both technical and non-technical audiences.- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts to support development efforts.- Ensure documentation is regularly updated and reflects the latest project developments.- Evaluate project progress and key metrics, monitor the impact of the projects to provide data-driven insights and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.- Assist in providing regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting insights, risks, and recommendations to drive decision-making.- Spearhead end-user surveys and analyze results to identify opportunities and pain points- Coordinate with the cross-functional teams and ensure smooth execution of all phases of the project.- Oversee the sourcing, cleaning, and preparation of datasets required for model training and evaluation.- Collaborate with data labeling teams to ensure data quality and consistency, optimizing it for AI/ML workflows.

What you bring to the table:
- Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented and high level of accuracy- Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills- Professional, organized, and communicative- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with attention to detail to ensure information accuracy- Comfortable leading or facilitating meetings and conducting requirement-gathering sessions- Able to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of project stakeholders- Ability to analyze and visualize data using tools like Tableau.- Knowledge/familiarity with Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira, and AWS is preferred

Nice to have:
- Education credentials in Computer Science or other technical field are an asset- Knowledge/familiarity with AI/ML and related workflows, including data labelling, training, and evaluation.
